About Vinod and Company
Established in 1991, Vinod and Company has emerged as a distinguished & leading OEM and exporter of premium quality sheet metal components for automotive industry with specialization in tractor parts. Initially, the company used to manufacture and supply cycle parts especially plastic pedals for bicycle and mopeds to Eastman Group of Industries & Piyuush Automobile.

In 1997 the company diversified its operations over to fabricating tractor parts, three wheeler parts and automotive components of sheet metal by pressing & welding. It also started manufacturing hand tools for tubeless tire repair industry, which are being exported all over Europe and USA through Indian exporters. In 2003, it started direct export of tractor parts including fabricated pulley wheels and silencer covers to Poland.

Hot Selling Products
Silencer's cover, pulley wheels, clamp for air cleaners & Tool boxes are the main products of the company, which are in high demand and also exported to international market. The silencer covers are mainly useful for tractors to cover the hole of vertical mounted silencers from rainwater and snow. Fabricated Pulley wheel is the main part of the tractor helping in power transfer or rotating other members with the help of v-belt from the engine. Both these parts are available in different sizes and are being exported to Poland. In addition, clamp for air cleaner manufactured by the company helps to clamp the air cleaner and keep it in position. The Tool Boxes are used to keep emergency tool kits in safe and handy custody. Wing nut with plastic covering imparts variable use to fasten components manually without using any tool and gives smooth experience to fingers with safety. Our Facilities
Driven by market needs, we have developed a strong infrastructure to meet the ever changing trends and requirements of our prospective and established customers. The company consists of necessary infrastructure in house and owns a state of the art tool room facility for fabrication of toolings. The tool room facility is to develop press tools as well as plastic molds. It has a range of machines for achieving required preciseness to achieve quality results like spark erosion, wire cut etc.

The company has many clients all over the world. It is associated with International Tractors Ltd. India, a joint venture with Renault Agriculture France and also supplies its products to Standard Combines Pvt. Ltd. (Tractor Division) a joint venture with Ecko Diesels Poland & Ranger Stork. It is directly exporting tractor parts in sheetmetal to Poland.
