We have a world-class manufacturing facility, which is equipped with latest and sophisticated machinery & equipment required for the process. These units are spread across the large area of 19400 sq. ft and 4,000 sq. ft. our manufacturing units consists of power and hydraulic presses ranging from 5T to 400T.

Tool Room Facilities:

Our infrastructure facilitates us with a well-equipped tool room with high tech machines, instruments and other equipment. This tool room enables us in the effective and accurate production of dies. Our tool room facility also assists us in the in-house manufacturing of blanking tools, bending tools, deep draw tools and jigs fixtures.

Our tool room is equipped with the following facilities:

• ARGO milling machines
• Surface grinder
• Shaping machines
• Lathe machines
• Radial Drilling machine
  

We implement high end technologies for manufacturing our product range. Our professionals utilize fine blanked technology, in which the parts are manufactured on a press with minimal cutting clearance. This ensures clean, right angled cutting surfaces with no chipped or torn edges and high angular precision. Our streamlined production process results in the effective production of a high quality product range.

Our organization is engaged in the bulk production of Sheet Metal Components and Other Automotive Parts. In our vast product range almost 20% includes spares for 2 or 3 wheeler whereas 54% of the manufactured parts belong to 4 wheelers. The segregation of our products is as follows:
